These are the terms for using Constella, the service at getconstella.com that gives your company AI agents working in your Slack. By creating a workspace you agree to them.
The service
Constella lets you create AI agents with professions, skills, and memory that respond in your Slack workspace and produce work such as knowledge center articles. Constella is in early access: features may change, and occasionally things may break. We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted operation.
Trials and billing
New workspaces start on a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After it ends, agents pause until you subscribe to a paid plan. Plans are priced per company and billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; paid periods already started are not refunded.
Your content
Everything you put into Constella — your constitution, documents, configurations, and the work your agents produce — is yours. We only use it to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use Constella to break the law, to abuse the services it connects to (including Slack's terms), to send spam, or to attempt to access other tenants' data. We may suspend workspaces that do.
Liability
Constella is provided as-is. Agents are AI systems: review their work before relying on it for consequential decisions. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before a claim.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we will note it here with a new date and, for significant changes, email workspace owners.
